Hi, I'm Debbie

A calm, friendly class where nobody is expected to be bendy

I'm a certified 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher. I trained under Yoga Master Morag Wilson at the Jyoti Yoga Teacher Training School, qualifying in November 2024, and I'm a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance International (India).

Yoga helped me through years of anxiety, so I know how much it can change the way you feel. My classes are slow, gentle and welcoming, whether it's your very first time on a mat or you're finding your way back after a break.

Why practise yoga?

The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit Yuj, meaning to unite. Through Asanas (postures) and Pranayama (breathing techniques) we bring body and mind together, finding balance, peace and a renewed energy that supports your health and wellbeing.

  • For the body

Yoga improves flexibility, builds strength and balance, and supports your overall physical health.

  • For the mind

It eases stress, sharpens your focus and helps you feel more emotionally balanced and present.

  • For the whole of you

Yoga nurtures the connection between mind, body and spirit, bringing a sense of inner harmony into everyday life.
